What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We charge you what we get charged, which means we add £3.99 to orders under £50.00, and £6.50 per order over £50.00. We reserve the right to add any surcharges we incur for extra weight, dimensions or location, if added these will be clearly shown before you commit to the order. Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We use SAGE Pay as our payment gateway – it’s secure and they accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal.
How long will delivery take?
We aim to ship next working day wherever and whenever possible. However, it is impossible to guarantee this – but it is our objective. If you live in England, Wales and the central belt of Scotland and place your order before 2pm there is a very good chance you should receive your parcel the following day. How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
We have selected SAGE Pay as our online payment provider. They are the biggest, best and most secure payment provider in the UK. Matchboxtackle does not see or keep any of your payment data on our website or servers, its all stored very securely by SAGE. Both SAGE and our company are fully GDPR compliant.
What exactly happens after ordering?
A very simple process begins. Once we can see the payment has reached our SAGE payment gateway then your order is transmitted to the warehouse for picking and packing. Once the carrier has collected the parcel you will receive an e-mail confirming the parcel has left. That e-mail will also contain your invoice. Depending on the carrier used for that order they may also e mail you or send a text message giving confirmation of receipt of the parcel and an estimated delivery time.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes. Once the carrier has collected your parcel from the warehouse you will receive an e-mail with your invoice.
